This national conference over two days will explore the emerging agenda of consumer-centred health care.

The conference will have a strategic focus on implementing system change in these fields over the next few years.

Day 1 will outline the emerging agenda; and explore opportunities, impediments, and scenarios in various fields.

Day 2 will explore challenges in implementation, with a focus on opt-in health plans for communities and consumers with common interests.

      The conference is open to anyone with a passion for system change in
      health care.

      Health sector organisations with an interest in innovation and partnerships
      with consumers and communities are especially urged to attend and
      participate.

      Policy makers with an interest in facilitating strategic reform initiatives are
