Self-Directed Services and Personal Budgets in social support, education
and health care.

The conference will have a strategic focus on
implementing
system change in these fields over the two year period 2009 and 2010.
Day 1 will outline the emerging agenda; and explore opportunities, impediments, and
scenarios in various fields.
Day 2 will explore challenges in
implementation, and seek solutions to these.

implementation on a national basis.
